At Ridge Meadows, we believe in fostering a vibrant and enriching educational experience for our students. The Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) plays a crucial role in this mission by organizing various events, activities, and programs that enhance the learning environment and unite our school community. To continue our efforts, we rely on the generous support of parents, teachers, local businesses, and community members. 

 


Trivia Night Sponsorship Opportunities

  1. Silent Auction Donation
    Please contribute to our silent auction with gift cards, gift baskets, merchandise, or event tickets. Your donation will enhance the evening's success and help us raise essential funds for our school community. Donors will be acknowledged on our website, allowing attendees to preview auction items.

  2. Round Sponsor – $100
    Become a Round Sponsor to showcase your business. Sponsors will receive a business-written advertisement announced at the beginning of their round and have their company logo featured on PowerPoint slides with trivia questions during the event.

  3. MVP Sponsor – $250
    As an MVP Sponsor, your company logo will be featured prominently in all trivia night and auction materials and in pre- and post-event communications reaching over 200 Ridge Meadows families. Sponsors may also display signage at the event, and a business-written advertisement will be read at the start of the trivia event.

  4. Premier Elite Event Sponsor – $450
    Premier Elite Sponsors receive all the benefits of MVP sponsorship, plus a reserved table with premier placement for eight guests on event night.

HOW YOU CAN HELP!

 

Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of our students. We host two major fundraising during the school year, the Fund the Feathers Direct Giving Campaign and a Trivia Night & Auction. The success of these major fundraising efforts makes it possible to eliminate the needs for product fundraisers like selling candy & magazines. Lastly, we run small spirit night fundraisers & utilize programs like Box Tops and Spirit Wear. Below you will find a complete list of this year's fundraising efforts & goals.


WHAT THE PTO HAS PLANNED FOR 2024-2025

 

The PTO has big things planned for the 2024-2025 school year, including installing an ADA accessibility gate to the Gaga Pit, increasing our teacher grants to support our excellent teachers, raising the final funds needed for a new marquee sign, helping support the district-wide Game of Champions that Ridge Meadows has the privilege of hosting this school year and so much more! The Fund the Feathers Campaign is all about Raising for Roadrunners! We encourage every family to make a minimum donation of $75 per student. NEW this year are the Fund the Feathers Donation Levels that offer exclusive rewards to your family and Corporate Sponsorship opportunities.

  

All donations are 100% tax deductible.

Don't forget to check if your donation qualifies for corporate matching! Many companies offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your contribution to Ridge Meadows Elementary PTO's Fund the Feathers campaign.

TRIVIA NIGHT & AUCTION - April 11, 2025

Our upcoming parents' night out will feature a trivia night with games, tough questions, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and contests. Scheduled for March 2025, you can show your support in various ways:

  • Secure a table and join us at the event.
  • Become an official sponsor – both Corporate and Individual sponsorships are welcome.
  • Participate in the auction; remote bidding is possible for all Ridge Meadows families through online platforms.

Fundraising Goal: $14,000

SPIRIT NIGHTS – Year-round

Spirit Nights are fundraisers held at local businesses in the Ellisville, Wildwood and Chesterfield area. The consist of 4 restaurant fundraisers and STEM education night at Code Ninjas Wildwood. Each fundraiser will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Ridge Meadows PTO!

  • Code Ninjas Wildwood Spirit Night – March 8, 2025
  • Mint & Martini Spirit Night – April 28, 2025

Fundraising Goal: $1,500

Other Fundraising Activities - Year-round

Teacher Parties – Every year, our Ridge Meadows teachers generously donate parties that students can enjoy before school or during lunch! Funds raised from student sign ups go directly to the PTO.

 

Ridge Meadows Spirit Gear – 10% of all Spirit Gear sales are donated back to the Ridge Meadows PTO. Make sure your Roadrunner is ready for Spirit Day and stock up on your favorite Ridge Meadows Gear.  Click here to start shopping!

 

Box Tops for Education – Download the Box Tops app to scan your store receipts for participating products and Ridge Meadows will automatically earn cash with every Box Tops product you buy every day.
